AEROBICS & ABS AEROSKIP Skip to the best music track to increase cardiovascular fitness and weight loss. Suitable for all levels of fitness and co-ordination.
BLT (20/20/20) This class combines exercises to work the sides (hips), the front (belly) and the rear (bum)… using balls, gliders, weights, bands..and anything that will help tone those hard to reach areas.
BOXERCISE
The classes are done in time to popular music songs and include work with pads and speedballs, along with circuit training and skipping.
CHAIR DANCING Discover chair dancing as a source of both mental and physical empowerment with easy to follow choreography. These workshops are strictly for ladies of all shapes and abilities who know how to have fun. . . but don't expect to be sitting down for long!!
DANCE FITNESS FITNESS BALLET Fitness Ballet is designed to be a fun, total body conditioning class aimed at beginners over the age of 16. The class incorporates basic moves progressing to more advanced ones to the sound of contemporary music. Fitness Ballet was created so that everybody could have the chance at attending a class that is ballet-orientated but that has been designed so that the “untrained” dancer can enjoy and get a great workout from this unique class. Fitness Ballet also differs from a normal ballet class because it is aimed especially at "gym beasts" and customers who participate in high aerobic classes. These are the people who often don’t give themselves sufficient time to stretch and relax.
This class mixes Pilates and modern stretch techniques with gentle body conditioning exercises using foam rollers and resistance bands to strengthen, lengthen and tone tight muscles. This session works with emphasis on the core abdominals, back and posture for an amazing strength, posture balance and flexibility. The class is a combination of slow, controlled and dynamic standing and floor work exercises. Suitable for all fitness levels. Kettlebells come in various sizes and weights to suit a variety of individual requirements. There are 8kg, 12kg, 16kg, 20kg, and 24kg Kettlebells available. Fitness Pole dancing tones the body and strips fat. It is a great cardiovascular workout and allows you to use your body in sensual ways. Fitness Pole dancing is taught in a studio environment and not in a bar or club. It improves strength, tone, cardiovascular fitness, posture and self confidence and at the same time is such fun that you don’t even realise you’ve had a great work out. Give fitness pole dancing a try - I’m sure you’ll love it as much as I do. You have to be 16 or over to attend this class.
