LABFITNESS is officially the first CYQ accredited training centre in the Republic of Ireland.
CYQ is the UK’s leading health and fitness specific awarding body.
CYQ offer over 37 recognised and respected qualifications, from introductory to advanced levels including the UK's only recognised qualification in Exercise Referral.
Beyond qualifications, CYQ is the official accreditation unit for the European Health and Fitness Association (EHFA), quality assuring standards of fitness qualifications of participating training providers across Europe. CYQ is also the verifier of the Fitness Industry Association’s (FIA) Code of Practice.

All courses are distance learning and take an average of 8 weeks to complete (part-time). You will be required to travel up to our studios for 2 weekends in order to sit exams and practicals.
