Beach Camp is a fat-burning, fun-filled fitness programme for people looking for a 1 week-long intense programme, whatever your fitness level. Each hour-long session is an intense combination of aerobic activity to get your heart pounding and resistance training to push your muscles to their limits. Is it for you? - Feeling like you need a kick up the you-know-what to get your weight loss programme started? - Have you hit a plateau in your existing exercise and weight control routine? - Are you already exercising but bored of the treadmill and cross trainer in the gym?
