At Labfitness we have 2 type of Kids classes
- Antigravity Kids
Exclusively at Labfitness in Drogheda, children from 6 – 13 years of age, attending ‘Anti-Gravity Kids’ will learn to fly, stretch, flip, swing and spin thus improving their co-ordination, strength, flexibility, fitness, confidence and most importantly, all this is achieved while they are having fun !!
Anti-Gravity Yoga is a fusion of fitness techniques which have been modified and enhanced to fit the yoga mould. It utilises aspects of many fitness programmes including traditional Yoga, Pilates, Calisthenics, dance and gymnastics and is designed to increase overall health and physical agility while having fun and creating beauty
We have 1 class per week:
Class - Thurs 5pm – 6pm
Age – 6-12
Please note this class works as a 8 week block.
This class is made up of a fun warm up, followed by stretching the legs and body conditioning. Then we work on basic floor gymnastic skill like, tumbles, cartwheels, headstands etc. and we progress as the child progresses. Sometimes we mix in some fitness games. This is a super class for fitness, flexibility, strength and personal achivements
There are 2 age groups:
- 5-7 year old – tuesdays @ 4pm, Fridays @4pm, Saturdays @ 10 am (1 hour)
- 8-12 year old – Tuesdays @ 5pm, Thursdays @ 4pm, Friday @5pm, Saturdays @ 11 am , Saturdays @12pm, Saturday @1pm
DISCOUNTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR SIBLINGS AND KIDS ENROLLING IN MULTIPLE COURSES.
IT IS ESSENTIAL TO BOOK THE KIDS CLASSES IN ADVANCE.
OUR SUMMER CAMP THIS YEAR WILL RUN IN JULY 17-21 AND AUGUST 14-18.
